Welcome to Friends of VMF
We are continuously aiming to interest more people and institutions in the ideals and goals of the VMF. We call such collaborators and supporters “Friends”. These friends have come to agree with us that:
• Malaria deaths can be cut in half with simple solutions that are available now
• We can get much more out of existing medicines, tools and strategies and
• When Health is strengthened, Malaria can then be rolled back or confronted successfully.
We therefore always plan to maximise these opportunities in fighting the disease in rural and endemic environments.
Membership of the FRIENDS of the VASS FOUNDATION consists of a community of all ages, interest and qualifications. Your membership, which admits you into this unique group, will be contributing immensely towards a growing understanding of the complexity surrounding the nature, medicine, science, society, politics, and future patterns of Malaria outbreaks and its control. It will, in fact, be a
privilege
to be part of this historical landmark.
